You’ll receive regular updates from your agent and home tours will be scheduled at a time that’s convenient for you.

Make an Offer

Once you’ve decided on a house, it’s time to make an offer. Utilizing our extensive knowledge of local market conditions and trends, pricing of comparable homes, as well as the condition and unique amenities of the individual property for sale, Goodyear Realty will calculate a fair valuation for the house and will work with you in determining a correct offer price.

Remember, the offer contract does not become a binding agreement until both the buyer and the seller agree to the changes made.
